Delavan’s application process is first come, first served and we rent out our homes to the first qualified and completed application(s) we receive. An application is not considered ‘complete’ until all occupants 18+ years of age have applied in full.  All listed homes are move-in ready and the lease start date is to take place two weeks after leasing paperwork has been signed.
