Noelle Denton
Holding the position of Head Property Manager, Noelle’s role is to provide solutions and excellent service for all that comes her way! Noelle exudes upbeat energy for all aspects of Delavan’s Property Management division and endeavors to constantly grow in knowledge and experience. Noelle’s enthusiasm provides excellent customer service and enables her to establish strong and professional relationships with Delavan owners, tenants, and vendors.
Noelle has lived in Oregon for over 15 years (Go Ducks!) and is well-established within the community. She and her husband Jeffrey are proud small business owners and run a Snap-On franchise west of Hillsboro. She loves exploring Oregon and has immersed herself in the thriving neighborhoods and districts within Portland Metro and beyond. She has also made it a goal to ‘eat’ her way through Portland, as one of her favorite pastimes is discovering new restaurants and food carts.
She and her husband live in the Beaverton area with their toddler Maddie, parrot Mo, and dog Jackson. On a lovely evening, one can find them cozied upon the couch watching movies or in the kitchen cooking delicious meals.
Tyler Brunhaver
Tyler was born in Portland, Oregon and has lived in Dundee for all 21 of those years. Tyler has a unique story as he’s an Oregonian that actually came right out of high school into the real estate industry, starting his career with the Delavan Property Management Team and Delavan Realty.
He has built lifelong relationships with many people and is looking forward to building and bringing benefits to many more. With his love of real estate he brings his people skills and enthusiasm to the Delavan Team and clients.
Tyler is looking forward to working with you and is a great asset to help our Owners build wealth through real estate and provide applicants with wonderful places to rent.
In his free time, Tyler enjoys playing basketball, spending time with his family, serving in the community, going on long drives and seeing the different landscapes of the earth.
