Delavan is not an “a la carte” management company. Our expansive services are covered by (2) fees.
One is a New Tenant Placement Fee which is 50% of one month’s rent. The second is a monthly management fee which ranges from 10%-12% based on location, beginning on the 2nd month of tenancy.
